THE DIFFERENCE

Most coaching gives you a plan. PRAXIS gives you the understanding behind it.

Every 12-Week Method client receives a PRAXIS Research and Education Brief. A fully written document, specific to your biology and goals, that explains the mechanism behind every priority in your coaching plan. Why this foundation. Why this sequence. Why this approach and not another one.

The Brief is produced after your intake review and before your second session. It takes 5 to 7 days to prepare. The goal is for it to become one of the most comprehensive health education documents you have received about your own biology.

It is not a template. It is written specifically for you.

HOW IT WORKS

Three phases. Twelve weeks. A clear sequence.

  • Full intake review. Foundation Scorecard scored across all 13 foundations. Research and Education Brief produced and delivered. Four-week foundation plan implemented. Highest-leverage foundations addressed first. Advanced tool education is not the starting point in Phase 1. The first priority is establishing the foundation and context needed to make any advanced discussion useful.

  • Foundation scores reviewed. Secondary pillars added - nutrition specificity, training structure, gut health, hydration. Labs reviewed if available. Supplement stack rationalized. Advanced education may be introduced if foundation readiness is confirmed, including supplement strategy, GLP research, peptide research, and hypothetical research framework discussion where appropriate.

  • Full 12-week pattern reviewed. Foundation Scorecard re-scored at completion. Lab trends reviewed if new draws are available. Maintenance plan built. 90-day forward plan delivered with the completion report. Advanced tool implementation, if relevant, is integrated into the forward plan as an educational research framework, not as medical advice or treatment.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Everything in the Method.

◆ Foundation Scorecard at intake and completion All 13 foundations scored at Day 1 and Day 84. The delta between those two scores becomes one of the clearest progress measures of the engagement.

◆ PRAXIS Research and Education Brief The full mechanism document written specifically for your pattern, produced after intake, delivered before Session 2.

◆ 12-week structured coaching plan Built on your Foundation Scorecard scores, not a template. Phased approach: foundations first, secondary pillars second, refinement third.

◆ Six live 1:1 coaching sessions Two per month. Sessions 1 and 6 are 90 minutes. Sessions 2 through 5 are 60 minutes.

◆ Weekly async check-ins A short weekly form — 5 to 7 minutes. Tracks what is working, what created friction, and flags anything needing adjustment.

◆ Lab pattern education review If labs are provided, reviewed in a coaching and education context — pattern recognition, what to ask your provider, what to request at your next draw.

◆ Supplement and advanced tool education review Audit of your current supplement stack, foundational supplement rationale, and education around advanced tools where appropriate including GLP and peptide research.

◆ Advanced Research Education Layer For clients who are ready and interested, the Method may include education around GLPs, peptide research, and advanced tool frameworks, mechanism education, research literacy, and hypothetical research-use framework.

◆ Nutrition and training framework Protein-first structure, blood sugar stability principles, and training recommendations built around your Foundation Scorecard and goals.

◆ 12-week completion report What the data showed, what changed, what did not, and your 90-day forward plan - delivered within 2 business days of Session 6.

◆ Skool community access — 12 weeks Full access to the PRAXIS Skool curriculum and community during the engagement. Continued access optional after completion.

WHO THIS IS FOR

The right engagement.

Good fit:

◆ You want to understand the mechanism behind your health, not just follow a plan someone handed you

◆ You have tried multiple approaches without a coherent framework tying them together

◆ You are serious about the work - you will track, check in weekly, and engage with the education

◆ You already invest meaningfully in your health and you are ready to do it with structure and support

Not the right fit:

◆ You want clinical consultation, medical management, lab ordering, or a prescription

◆ You want someone to prescribe, source, or medically manage peptides, GLPs, or medications for you

◆ You are not willing to do the foundation work. Advanced tools are in the plan only when foundations are ready

◆ You are in active medical crisis - please work with your physician first

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you apply.

  • A coaching plan tells you what to do. The Research and Education Brief tells you why. It is a fully written document specific to your biology, pattern, and goals that explains the mechanism behind every priority in your plan. Why this foundation matters for your specific situation. What the biology looks like. Why the sequence is what it is. It is produced within 5 to 7 days of your first session and is not a template, it is written for your pattern specifically.

  • Labs are useful context when available and are reviewed in a coaching education framework - pattern recognition, what may be worth discussing with your provider, and what to request at your next draw. If you do not have recent labs the engagement begins with your Foundation Scorecard data and intake review. Getting relevant labs tested is often one of the first coaching priorities in Phase 1.

  • The 12-Week Method is foundation-first but it is not anti-advanced tools. If your foundations, goals, intake, and readiness support it, the Method may include education around supplements, GLPs, peptide research, and advanced tool frameworks. This may include research literacy, mechanism education, readiness discussion, and hypothetical research-use framework. It does not include diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, medication management, sourcing guidance. PRAXIS helps you understand the research, the mechanisms, the risk and benefit questions, and how advanced tools fit into the larger foundation-first system.

  • Submit the coaching application, it takes about 15 minutes and covers your goals, current situation, and health history. The coach reviews within 2 business days. If you are a good fit you will receive an invitation to proceed, a coaching agreement to review and sign, and enrolment instructions. If the 12-Week Method is not the right starting point the response will say so directly and suggest what makes more sense.

  • The completion report and 90-day forward plan lay out your options clearly. Quarterly PRAXIS Check-Ins are the standard alumni path - one session per quarter to review trends, adjust priorities, and stay calibrated. The PRAXIS Skool community provides ongoing curriculum and Q&A. Continued Skool access after the engagement is optional and billed separately at the standard community rate.
