WHAT IS INCLUDED

Four weeks of structured foundation coaching built around your Foundation Scorecard, weekly check-ins, and two live sessions. No guesswork. No generic programming.

◆ Foundation Scorecard at intake and completion All 13 foundations scored at Day 1 and Day 28. The delta between those two scores is one of the clearest progress measures of the engagement.

◆ Two live 60-minute coaching sessions Session 1 in Week 1 — assessment and priority setting. Session 2 in Week 3 — review, refinement, and forward planning.

◆ Weekly async check-ins A short weekly form — 5 to 7 minutes. Tracks what is working, what created friction, and flags anything needing adjustment before the next session.

◆ Supplement and nutrition context Your current stack and nutrition approach reviewed in an educational context and aligned with your foundation priorities.

◆ Completion report and forward plan Delivered within 2 business days of Session 2. What changed, what still needs attention, and your recommended next steps.

◆ Skool community access — 4 weeks Full access to the PRAXIS Skool curriculum and community during the engagement. Continued access optional after completion.

HOW IT WORKS

Four weeks. A clear sequence.

Week 1 — Assess and Orient Foundation Scorecard scored across all 13 foundations. Full intake reviewed. Highest-leverage priorities identified. Session 1 held — assessment, priority setting, and your first week plan established.

Week 2 — Implement and Track First week of implementation. Weekly check-in reviewed. Adjustments made where needed. This is often where early sleep, energy, or consistency patterns start becoming clearer.

Week 3 — Review and Refine Session 2 held — foundation review, what has shifted, what needs attention. Secondary priorities introduced where the data supports it. Supplement and nutrition context reviewed.

Week 4 — Consolidate and Plan Forward Final week of implementation. Foundation Scorecard re-scored. Completion report and forward plan produced. Next step options discussed.
